Post a project describing the work, your budget and how long you will accept bids. Freelancers send you bids with their price and delivery time. Ask them questions on the project's message board, then pick the one you want. When they accept, you both receive each other's contact details.

For Freelancers

Fill in your profile and categories so you are emailed about new projects that match. Bid on projects with your price, the days you need and a clear description of how you will do the work.

Your account

Everything is in your Account Manager: your projects and bids, your balance, deposits and withdrawals, feedback and your profile.
